I am a Polish attorney-at-law (radca prawny) based in Warsaw. I personally handle each matter, from the initial legal assessment and document review to negotiations, transaction support or court proceedings.

I assist both foreign businesses and individuals in disputes concerning contracts, payments, investments, banking matters and real estate.

Depending on the case, my assistance may include pre-litigation analysis, preparation of a litigation strategy, negotiations, court representation, appeals and proceedings before the Supreme Court of Poland.

Before recommending litigation, I assess the legal position, available evidence, procedural risks and the practical consequences of the possible courses of action.

A foreign client dealing with a legal matter in Poland often needs more than a translation of Polish legislation.

Experience

I have more than 20 years of professional legal experience, with a particular focus on banking and finance, commercial and civil matters, litigation, real estate and investment projects.

I have worked extensively with financing transactions, contractual documentation, security structures, negotiations and disputes.

I hold a PhD in law and combine academic legal analysis with practical experience gained in complex commercial and financial matters.

Each matter is handled personally.

I do not accept matters against entities belonging to the BNP Paribas Group.
